Lawyer graduated in 2001 from Centro Universitário do Espírito Santo. Training in Arbitration and Mediation with 40 class hours offered by the FGV Management Program – Mmurad (FVG partner). Post-Graduation Latu Senso in Civil Law and Civil Procedure by Faculdade Cândido Mendes de Vitória-ES in 2003.

Customer service, preparation of reports requested by the Legal Coordination, support to lawyers in all administrative activities (extraction of full copies, inclusion of documents in customer systems, control of risk preparation for customer validation, control of the agenda of hearings and elaboration of representation instruments, elaboration of guides of procedural costs and payment control, requests for payment of agreements, update of procedural progress and closure of folders (client and office systems). Coordination and Training of the Sector of Agreements directing the actions necessary to meet the goals set by customers.
