Lawyer graduated from the São Bernardo do Campo Faculty of Law. Postgraduate in Maritime and Port Law from the Catholic University of Santos. Master in Consumer Contracts and Consumer Relations Law and postgraduate, “lato sensu”, in Civil Procedure, both from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. Specialization in the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) by FGV and Extension course in the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) by Data Privacy Brasil. He held a management and executive position in the legal and insurance claims department, having experience in aspects related to the administration and legal management of companies. He also served as Legal Advisor to the Union of Private Insurance and Capitalization Companies of the State of São Paulo. He is President of the National Transport Working Group of the Brazilian Section of the International Insurance Law Association – AIDA. Member of the Brazilian Association of Maritime Law – ABDM. Founding partner of Pellon & Associados Advocacia in São Paulo and responsible for the local firm.
